When:

Where: After getting changed meet in the JROTC room no later than the start of practice. Practice is normally held outside, but that is dependent on the weather conditions.

Attire: Up until ACUs are issued to anyone cadets should wear proper workout clothing. Meaning: a t-shirt, a pair of shorts, and a pair of running shoes.
